We put the final touches on our new Dog Wash in Adams Morgan and held our Grand Opening event on June 26th. The centerpiece of the event was a charity dog wash supporting Homeward Trails. The event raised $600. Most of the dog washes were in the morning when the Homeward Trails volunteers were on hand to wash the dogs. They did a fantastic job and the dogs they brought for adoption were on their best behavior.
