I am new to Fur-Get Me Not Levels Training and wish to enroll.  Orientation is required, please select your orientation date below.  This is also the start date of your membership.  Membership is for 1 dog.  If you are registering 2 dogs, there must be at least one handler per dog.  Please complete a second registration form for the additional dog.  Please select your membership level below.  You will then need to complete this form in its entirety.
