To register, please complete this form in its entirety.  Your registration will be emailed to our training department and you will receive an automated email confirmation at the conclusion of this registration.

Due to the popularity of our Levels Program and the increase in demand, we do not currently have enough trainers to keep up with the demand. We are temporarily suspending orientations while we continue to recruit qualified trainers. We anticipate being able to open orientations again in just a few short months. Please stay tuned.

I am new to Levels Training Program and wish to enroll.  Orientation is required, please select your orientation date and membership level below.  This is also the start date of your membership.  Membership is for 1 dog.  If you are registering 2 dogs, there must be at least one handler per dog.  Please complete a second registration form for the additional dog.
