If your dog is new to daycare, the first step is to schedule a dog evaluation. There is a one time non-refundable registration fee for new clients. Evaluations are conducted M-F at 10:15am and 3:15pm and on weekends at 11:00am and 1:55pm. The evaluation is comprised of an overview of our daycare policies and paperwork prior to taking your dog back for handling and socialization testing. You will be asked to wait in the lobby while we conduct the temperament testing and when complete, we will report back to you on our observations. The entire evaluation process will take approximately 45 minutes. Please select from the available times below.
If your dog passes the daycare evaluation, they will then be required to complete an observation day. Because the daycare evaluation process is only for a limited time and can also be stressful for the dog, the observation day should be scheduled for a different day. Consider the evaluation as an orientation and the observation day as the first day of school. We will get a better read on how your dog will do in daycare on their observation day.
* If you are registering for Training or Boarding School while your dog attends daycare or if you are making a boarding reservation, the observation day must occur before either of those can start.
Please note: the evaluation reservation is tentative. Our office team will contact you to confim your reservation details. Dogs must be 12 weeks or older, spayed/neutered, and more than 10 pounds.

As a new dog walking or pet sitting customer, we will first need to conduct an Initial Consultation where a member of our team will come to your home to meet you and your pets. Please let us know the best days and times to conduct this initial meeting.
