Holiday Schedule

Holiday deposit and surcharge fees apply to all dog walking, pet sitting, daycare, and boarding services during holidays.

Note for boarders: Drop-off times during holidays must be scheduled in advance between 11am - 2pm. Pick-up times are either between 11am-2pm or between 7pm-8pm.

Note for dog training students: The dog training school closures are independent of the company closures.  We do not hold dog training classes when the company is closed.  In addition, the training department is also on break during Thanksgiving week and the last 2 weeks of the calendar year.

Standard Cancellation Policy: Reservations are required at all times. Cancellations must be made on non-holidays and by close of business (5:00 PM) the day prior. Our office is open daily 9AM-5PM, except on holidays. Same day cancellations and no shows will be charged full fees, no exceptions. We have a limited capacity with clients waiting to get in. Holiday Boarding and Peak Daycare cancellation policies supersede the Standard cancellation policy.

Holiday Boarding Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable boarding deposit is collected during holidays. The deposit secures your reservation and will be applied towards your reservation. If the reservation is cancelled less than 14 days from the day you were scheduled to drop off, the deposit will not be refunded.

Peak Daycare Cancellation Policy: During these times our daycare is at full capacity due to peak boarding. We require a 14-day notice ahead of the peak timeframes as follows:

• Spring Break (3/28/26-4/5/26) all cancellations must be received by 3/13/26 for any reservation during this timeframe. Otherwise full fees apply for late notice or no shows.
• Thanksgiving Break (11/21/26-11/29/26) all cancellations must be received by 11/6/26 for any reservation during this timeframe. Otherwise full fees apply for late notice or no shows.
• Winter Break (12/19/26-1/3/26) all cancellations must be received by 12/4/26 for any reservation during this timeframe. Otherwise full fees apply for late notice or no shows.
