We offer private consultations for dog owners interested in basic training. Private training is the perfect solution when:
• group classes are not the right fit
• your training needs are specific to your home
• you prefer to concentrate on specific behaviors during your session
• you just simply prefer one-on-one sessions with an experienced professional trainer
The first session for private training should be schedule within 1 month of registration. All packages should be completed within 6 months of registration date. The objective is to keep momentum going and not allow too long a timeframe to lapse between sessions. A consistent training schedule is critical to implementing a successful training program.

| Spotlight Package |
Two 1 hour sessions allowing you to spotlight up to 2 behaviors to focus on during each of your sessions, such as: recalls, loose leash walking, no jumping or greeting behaviors, barking or chewing, handling or grooming, confidence building for shy dogs, other (you specify) |

Puppy Package |
Four 1 hour training sessions designed for puppies less than 6 months of age and focuses on socialization, manners, redirection, crate and potty training, mouthing, handling and grooming, and attention behaviors. |

Basic Manners Package |
Six 1 hour training sessions that focus on manners inside the home such as name recognition, sit, down, recalls, settle, handling and grooming, loose leash walking, drop it, leave it, wait, go to place, stand, and choice of trick. |

Four 1 hour training sessions that builds upon the Basic Manners Package by offering more challenging distractions including the outdoors. |

If you need help beyond the private consultation services offered above and need behavior consultations to help with issues such as dog-dog aggression, people-dog aggression, and other fear-based aggression, resource guarding, separation anxiety, or any other behaviors related to fear or phobias, we refer those cases to our partner POSITIVE DOG. Our Training Director, Vivian Leven Shoemaker is the owner of POSITIVE DOG and will be happy to work with you.
