Boarding

At the end of a full day of daycare, your dog will be tired. All dogs boarding with us will receive dinner, breakfast, and additional outdoor potty breaks after the daycare closes and before it opens. They are safely kenneled overnight in a secure crate or a boarding suite. For additional safety, our facility has video cameras and security & fire alarms.

What's Included?

  • Secure overnight in a heavy-duty modular kennel manufactored by Clark Cages. The interior is made of high pressure laminate and the gates are made of anodized aluminum.
  • Standard fleece bedding.
  • Administer medications if needed.
  • Feed breakfast and lunch or treat at naptime (if provided or purchased).
  • Daily boarding journal summarizing your dog’s day, appetite, and behavior.
  • Boarding update every 3 days by email or phone. Please specify contact preference on your boarding in-take form. Of course you may call us at any time for an update.
  • No daycare fees on the day of pick-up if you arrive by 9:00AM, otherwise a half day of daycare is charged, regardless of what time you pick up that day. For holidays, please see adjusted hours for pick-up and drop-off times.

What to Bring?

  • Breakfast and dinner. Dry food should be measured and provided in individual baggies.  Please label each bag with your dog’s name (including first name and last name as many dogs have the same name). Please include one meal per bag so that our team can be sure we provide the correct portion. This is an important step and helps us ensure the right food goes to the right dog.
  • Lunch or Snack.  Please bag any lunch or naptime snacks in a bag separate from breakfast and dinner bags.
  • Medication. Must be provided in its original packaging with doctor prescribed details.
  • Boarding In Take Form.  You can print and complete ahead of time or complete at drop-off. Please specify any add-on services.  If your dog is staying over a holiday, please note our drop-off and pick-up windows.
  • Keys. If you have arranged a pet taxi home or to daycare for your dog.  Please ensure we have working keys and appropriate instructions.
  • DO NOT BRING: personal belongings (toys, bedding, leashes, collars) unless absolutely necessary. We simply do not have the space for storage. We will not be held responsible for lost or damaged items. For safety reasons, we will not leave anything in your dog’s kennel besides bedding overnight.

Important

  • Evaluation. All Dogs must go through an evaluation before their first day of daycare.
  • First-time boarders. Dogs that have not attended daycare before or have not attended daycare in over 6 months are required to attend an observation day before they can board with us. This allows our team to monitor your dog's behavior for a full day to ensure that the off-leash daycare environment is compatible for your dog, before you leave town.
  • Allow 10 minutes for check-in. When dropping off your dog, our team will need to review and walk through the appropriate paperwork, food, medication, and contact information.
  • Arrive before 4pm. This is important and helps ensure your dog has ample time in the playgroup before being crated overnight. Additionally we are extremely busy tending to clients after 4pm who are picking up their dog from daycare. The boarding rate is the same, regardless of what time you drop-off.

Boarding Schedule

Boarded dogs follow the same daytime routine as daycare dogs and also receive additional feedings and potty breaks before our daycare opens and after it closes.

Let's Get Started

All new daycare and boarding customers must go through a new client registration process before we can begin.

*Required vaccinations: Bordatella, DHPP, Rabies. You may also have your vet email them to our office before your evaluation. If vaccinations are not provided, we will not be able to conduct the evaluation.

**Arrive to your evaluation on time. Evaluations are scheduled at specific times of the day in order to maintain a structured day for the dogs and ensure they have time for all their scheduled activities. If you are running behind, please give us a courtesy call so that we can either hold your spot or reschedule for another time. If you are more than 15 minutes late to your evaluation, we will need to reschedule.

Once your dog has passed the evaluation, you can begin booking dog daycare and boarding services.
